Terms and Conditions

Fee Included

• Activity Fee: Course fees, material costs, and entrance tickets.

• Accommodation Fee: Standard four-star hotel.

• Meal Fee: Three meals per day during the program.

• Insurance Fee: International travel insurance.

• Transportation Fee: Local transportation.

• Service Fee: Costs for all tour leaders, camp instructors, and bilingual guides.

Fee Not Included

• Passport processing fee.

• Round-trip airfare between Australia and China (parents can purchase tickets themselves or through the Roina Tours organizers, with additional costs).

• Personal expenses during the trip.

• Compensation for damage to public equipment or other facilities.

• Any other costs not mentioned above or not specified in the travel notice.

Refund Policy

• Full refund for cancellations made 60 days or more before departure.

• 10% of the order amount deducted for cancellations made between 59 to 45 days before departure.

• 50% of the order amount deducted for cancellations made between 44 to 15 days (including 15 days) before departure.

• No refund for cancellations made within 14 days of departure.

• If students are unable to attend due to visa or other force majeure factors, the registration fee will be refunded.

Participation Notes

• Any special circumstances for the child must be disclosed at the time of registration (e.g., dietary restrictions, allergy information, medication instructions).

• If a student engages in aggressive behaviors (fighting, bullying, swearing) or unrespectful behaviours targeting local people or peer) and does not want to change their behaviors after 2-3 warnings, they will be asked to leave the camp, with no refund provided.

FAQ

• Besides the uniform study attire, please provide additional clothing and toiletries based on your child’s needs and weather conditions.

• The tour leader will share updates and activity details through videos and photos in the parent group chat.

• We will make efforts to take many photos of each student, but the quantity cannot be guaranteed.

• The hotel does not provide automatic washing machines. Students will need to wash and dry their clothes themselves. We suggest that parents prepare enough clothes for 7 days.
