Growth Assessment Model
The SMART Student Growth Assessment Model is an original framework created by Roina Tours, designed to provide a comprehensive view of a child’s development by evaluating various dimensions of student progress.

The model is original; any unauthorized reproduction will be prosecuted.
S – Study
It includes the student’s learning attitude and learning achievements. It focuses on the learning process and considers the student’s overall learning state.
M – Mood
This dimension assesses the student’s emotional stability, self-perception, and emotional state in social activities. It evaluates a student’s psychological well-being from both personal and group perspectives throughout their growth journey.
A – Art
It includes the student’s ability for artistic expression, creativity, and appreciation of art. A child who only focuses on academic learning is not fully developed. Therefore, we have included artistic assessment to encourage students to grow holistically and to understand and connect with the world in a more comprehensive way.
R – Resilience
This aspect covers the student’s adaptability and problem-solving skills. How students face and resolve challenges when encountering new situations or difficulties during their development is crucial. This is also an excellent opportunity to cultivate a child’s resilience.
T – Thinking
This includes critical thinking and creative thinking. For a student’s growth, both types of thinking need to develop concurrently to shape a well-rounded and balanced mindset.
The SMART model aims to assist schools, teachers, and parents in observing students from multiple layers and perspectives, promoting healthier development. This model is applicable to both daily learning activities and experiential learning programs.
